Bryan is the Chief People & Administrative Officer at Columbia Care, one of the largest and most experienced cultivators, manufacturers and providers of cannabis products, with well over 100 dispensary, cultivation, and manufacturing facilities. He leads the Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Affairs, Physical Security, Corporate Compliance, M&A Integration, Project Management, and Internal Communications functions of the company.

Prior to Columbia Care, Bryan was CHRO for global law firm K&L Gates. He previously held senior HR executive positions at Aetna and United Technologies Corporation (both which were in the top 50 on the Fortune list at the time). Bryan is a former practicing employee benefits and executive compensation attorney at one of the top global law firms, Skadden Arps. He started his career spending several years at Fidelity Investments.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Westminster College and a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School.

Bryan is a Board member at A-Frame Brands and is an Advisory Board member for the 100 Million Ways Foundation.  In 2023, he will be launching ourCHRO, a fractional CHRO consulting company.
